As usual, you gave us a great vacation, and we just wanted to say thanks. I know, for our first two trips with you, we waited until the last minute to make the arrangements. We had hoped that by starting early this year, we would make your job easier. The death in the family certainly threw everything into chaos, and the fact that you were able to change everything over in a matter of hours with little or no cost to us is nothing short of a miracle. I know it required a lot of work on your part, and I sincerely appreciate what you did for us. It meant a lot to me and my family.
Once we finally got to Disney, the trip was perfect. Really enjoyed the Caribbean Beach Resort, better than French Quarter because of the bigger food court on the resort. The bus ride to the parks was also shorter.
Dining was great, as usual. This was our first time at 50's Prime Time (fantastic), Brown Derby (good, but not worth 2 coupons), Mama Melrose (awesome), and Crystal Palace (enjoyed the buffet). Return trip to Sci Fi was great, and while we like Coral Reef, we probably will not go back. Overall, though, the reservations were perfect. Perfect times, locations, everything. No problems with our reservations anywhere. The 50's Prime Time was probably our favorite of the week.
Again, I can't say thanks enough for your flexibility. I can't imagine any other travel agent reacting the way you did when I called you the day of our trip to tell you we had to reschedule. I'll be glad to give you a quote, testimonial, reference, etc, if you ever need it.
I hope your business continues to take off, and we plan to call you the next time we want to go anywhere. Thanks again, and let me know if you need anything.

Review on Couples Swept Away, Jamaica

I wanted to give you a quick review of our recent trip to Couples Swept Away. First, I would like to thank you for your wonderful service and coordination! About the only thing that didn't go well was the fact that our original flight was cancelled. However, since you communicated that to us the night before and confirmed us on an alternate flight, I would say our trip was went flawlessly.
We got into Montego Bay airport and were graciously greeted by the Couples staff with cold cloths and a drink. Our trip to Negril was fairly uneventful except for dealing with some high water from a recent thunderstorm. Both trips between the airport and resort were much calmer than we had anticipated (we had read some reviews about the hectic driving). We did very little other than relaxing on the beach. We did enjoy massages in the spa on our first full day there. We also went on a snorkeling trip as well as the catamaran trip to Pirates Cave. The rest of the time we spent enjoying the sun, sand, and drinks.
Thanks again for your fantastic service and recommending Couples Swept Away. I've attached a few pictures of our trip. We look forward to booking our next get-away!
